Below is the 31 page lawsuit filing by Rowe, LLC filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court May 30, 2024. Rowe, LLC is suing Business Makeover, LLC and Anthony Dewayne Curtis Jr. for Breach of Contract of office space rental and Common Counts for 90k in damages, plus interest on the damages, and attorneys fees. Hearing scheduled on March 13, 2025.

After evidence and testimony was presented on October 1, 2024, (case # 24CHSC00935) the Los Angeles Superior Court ruled in favor of Cowya Hockett (Plantiff) against Anthony Dewayne Curtis Jr. (Defendant) for a total of $12,625.00 for interest, court costs, and attorney’s fees incurred as a result of (Plantiff) pursuing Anthony Dewayne Curtis Jr. civilly in an effort to have $40,000.00 returned after being fraudulently acquired in 2023. Although Anthony was properly served for the October 1, 2024, court hearing, he failed to appear and therefore did not defend the claims against him.
